**What you'll build**

Your focus will be on the backend of SAP’s Continuous Integration & Delivery service.

It consists of a multitude of globally distributed Kubernetes clusters.

You’ll help the team improve our product, automate manual tasks, investigate incidents, setup new clusters and enhance our autoscaling behavior and system monitors.

This is your opportunity to take a deep look into modern day DevOps practices!

**What you bring**

+ Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
+ **Preferred fields of study:** Computer sciences, mathematics, engineering or natural sciences
+ **Computer skills:** You should have knowledge in at least one programming language, preferably Go or Python.

Preferably, you have at least some experience with Docker containers and Git
+ **Language skills:** Fluency in English required.

Fluency in German is a plus
+ **Soft skills:** Technical interest, ability to simplify complexity, sound analytical and problem-solving skills
+ **Working from Walldorf office is not required.** We’re fine if you visit the office occasionally

**Where you belong**

Our team, part of SAP Build, helps SAP customers to reduce manual efforts in their development processes.

The team develops and operates the Continuous Integration & Delivery service worldwide.

This cloud service enables development teams on customer side to continuously build their product and deliver into the SAP Business Technology Platform.

_Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages._
