This might be the perfect fit for you! If you're studying Maritime Transport, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Business Administration and have an interest in supporting reporting and administrative tasks for energy efficiency and decarbonization projects, this role is ideal.



• Consolidate project summaries and information to be used for funding screening activities
• Assist in reporting activities and ensure the accurate consolidation of energy efficiency and decarbonization investments, including R&D CAPEX and OPEX projects
• Develop and regularly update project summaries to maintain a comprehensive overview
• Manage and oversee the Decarbonization Working Group SharePoint
• Provide administrative support for SEEMP (Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan) management, including preparations for its upcoming 2025 revision

**Your Profile**

• Active enrolment for bachelor’s or master’s degree with focus on Maritime Transport, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or any related field
• Ideally, first professional experience within the maritime industry and/or familiarity with sustainability topics are desirable
• Excellent communication skills in English, technical documentation and report building
• A good command of the German and/or Italian language is a plus but not an exclusive factor
• Responsible, reliable and good teamwork spirit
• Ability to consolidate and manage data across multiple projects
• Understanding of Data Privacy, Security, and Integrity
