Working student (m/f/d) - Software Development/Informatics Job Opening In Aachen – Now Hiring Worldline

We are now immediately for a part-time working student (m/f/d) at our location in Aachen for 15-20 hours per week to support the Open Banking team.

The Open Banking area deals with trends on new payment methods on the Internet and on mobile devices, taking into account the relevant European regulations, e.g. Payment Services Directive 2.

You'll support our software team that designs, develops and hosts applications for these alternative payment methods.

 

Job Description

 

  • Development of JEE applications
  • You contribute to the ease of testing our applications
  • Help improve our processes using new tools
  • You design and implement RESTful APIs that are used by our customers

 

Your profil

 

  • You are enrolled at a college/university
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • You have first experiences with the following tools and technologies:
    • Java EE
    • REST web services
    • relational databases
    • GIT version control or equivalent
    • Maven build tool or equivalent
  • You are communicative, independent and like to work on your own initiative
