Responsibilities:

  • You will be involved in the implementation of a new document management process
  • You will assist your colleagues in establishing a new documentation structure
  • You will review, maintain, and check documentation for compliance with legal requirements
  • You will support the maintenance and further development of the AiBATROS system for the structured collection and evaluation of building data
  • You will participate in the condition assessment of structural and technical facilities as a basis for maintenance and investment decisions
  • You will support your colleagues in their day-to-day business as well as in project-specific tasks
  • You will gain insights into the areas of technical facility management, maintenance and repair measures, as well as cross-functional processes and interfaces
  • Qualifications:

  • You are at least in your 3rd semester of studies in construction, architecture, facility management, industrial engineering or comparable
  • You are confident in using Microsoft Office programs and have an affinity for working with IT systems
  • You have an independent and structured way of working and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Your analytical skills enable you to grasp complex issues in the shortest possible time
  • Collaboration within a team inspires and spurs you on and you are a communicative person
  • You have a good command of German and English, both written and spoken
