**What you'll do**

+ Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and tracking ongoing projects within the Enterprise Service Management domain
+ Assist in preparing project documentation, leadership presentations, meeting minutes and reports for various stakeholders
+ Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at developing organizational structures, governance models, and operational frameworks
+ Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and transparency in project execution
+ Perform research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and process improvements
+ Help drive project status updates and follow-up on action items with relevant teams
+ Take ownership of selected workstreams under guidance, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables

**What you bring**

+ Student (m/f/d) in a relevant program, e.g. Business, Management or a related field with IT focus
+ First practical experience in project management, consulting, or a comparable working environment (e.g. internships, student projects)
+ A structured and proactive way of working, with attention to detail and reliability
+ Basic knowledge of enterprise architecture management and interest in IT architectures and strategies
+ Ability to quickly understand complex topics and contribute constructively to discussions and concept development
+ A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt to different teams and work styles
+ High motivation to learn, take responsibility, and grow within an agile and dynamic environment
+ Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
