**What you'll do**

We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy working student who supports us bringing our data and information to life and telling a story.

In this role, you will help us improve monitoring across systems by building insights, dashboards, and automation solutions.

You will gain hands-on experience with modern data technologies, automation pipelines, and executive-level reporting, while contributing directly to our organization’s ability to operate efficiently and transparently

Your future tasks include, but may not be limited to:

+ **Scripting** : Write Python scripts to extract data via APIs or through RPA/web scraping when integrations are not available.
+ **Automation** : Assist in developing Jenkins pipelines for automated data retrieval.
+ **Data Handling** : Work with Excel and SAP Analytics Cloud to prepare, clean, and present data effectively.
+ **Visualization** : Create clear, structured dashboards that make system performance understandable at a glance.
+ **Presentation** : Condense findings into polished PowerPoint presentations tailored for management and executive audiences.
+ **Collaboration** : Work closely with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to identify monitoring gaps and deliver practical solutions.

**What you bring**

+ **Education** : You are currently enrolled in a university program in computer science, data science, business informatics, or a related field.
+ **Technical Skills** : Hands-on experience in programming (experience with APIs or web scraping is a plus), Excel, and ideally some exposure to data visualization or reporting tools.
+ **Analytical Mindset** : Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in working with data to identify patterns and insights.
+ **Communication** : Ability to summarize technical findings clearly in presentations for non-technical audiences.

Fluent English laguage in written and verbal communication.
+ **Curiosity** : A proactive and eager-to-learn mindset with a desire to expand your skills in automation, analytics, and observability.

**Meet your team**

Your future team – **Public Cloud Runway** – is responsible for the End-to-End solution delivery supporting SAP’s core Sales and Deal execution business processes, closely interacting with SAP’s Sales Business.

We act as the business’ trusted advisor and expert, driving together the simplification and evolution of our business processes – always keeping the end user in mind.
As a global team we work in an agile operating model to ensure efficient organization and delivery into 10 different system landscapes.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
