**What you´ll build**

Department organization: Support the team in planning and coordinating internal processes and meetings.
Event management: Help organize and execute internal events, workshops, and team activities.
Communication: Create and manage internal communication materials, newsletters, and announcements.
Social media support: Coordinate and post department updates on LinkedIn and other internal channels.
Project support: Drive smaller internal projects independently — from planning to follow-up.
Administrative support: Help with scheduling, documentation, and other day-to-day organizational tasks.

**What you bring**

+ Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
+ Preferred fields of study: background in media
+ Computer skills: Microsoft Office, social media like LinkedIn
+ Language skills: fluent in German and English, other language is a plus; written and verbal
+ Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing and planning, great communicator, problem solver,
+ Other important skills/experience: social media and communication project experience.

Completed bachelor’s degree.
