**What you'll build**

+ Manage calendar for the manager and support organizing events and follow up activities
+ Assist in various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of the business of the team
+ Conduct data analysis, creation of reports, presentations, and documents on ad-hoc level for our management team
+ Support strategic projects and initiatives based on business priorities and aligned with student’s skills and interests

**What you bring**

+ Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
+ Preferred fields of study: business and / or Business Administration
+ Computer skills: Profound skills in Microsoft Office Excel, familiar with PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams (Must-Haves)
+ Language skills: Fluent in English written and verbal, German is a big plus
+ Soft skills: Expert in organizing, creative, eager to learn, pro-active to engage
+ No Programming skills needed
+ Regularly working from the Walldorf office is required

**Where you belong**

Fostering SAP’s cloud strategy, Industry Product Management works across the entire SAP portfolio to deliver industry specific processes and applications providing customers with essential solutions for their business transformation.

_Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages._
