We’re looking for our first dedicated data hire at dlthub.
You’ll take ownership of our existing data stack (built by our team of data-savvy professionals) and evolve it to meet new business needs.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll improve how we collect, structure, and use data end-to-end.
You’ll collaborate closely with C levels, while also working directly with stakeholders from Solutions, Product, and Marketing.
Your work will shape how we use data to understand customers, qualify leads, measure performance, and make better decisions across the company.
This is a rare chance to step into a role with real ownership, senior coaching, and the space to figure things out, at a company building the future of open-source data infrastructure.
Requirements

You enjoy stitching together messy customer and lead information, finding patterns, and turning insights into action that helps sales and marketing succeed.
