As Content and Data Manager at ctrl QS, you handle multilingual content for our clients and their global affiliates.

This involves setting up, checking quality, and publishing provided content using top-notch digital tools.

You also ensure smooth coordination, effective problem-solving, and quality assurance for various digital assets and functionalities.

You bridge technical and user-friendly language, making complex matters easy to understand for end-users.

Additionally, you constantly seek ways to optimize processes and share valuable knowledge with the team and clients.

What you´ll do

• Support the Content and Data team in managing and optimizing digital content across platforms, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with client expectations.
• Update content and data in CMS, SFCC, and PIM systems.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on web pages, assets, and digital materials.
• Maintain and update project documentation.
• Assist with website content updates and launches.
• Implement accessibility updates to meet relevant standards.
• Contribute to experience revamps and rebranding initiatives.

This role offers a great entry point into the digital consulting world, with exposure to global clients, real-world digital operations, and hands-on experience with leading platforms.

What you can offer

• Interest in digital environments - You have a good understanding of digital technologies and ideally some initial experience with common tools (e.g., CMS, PIM, or DAM).
• Basic understanding of content workflows - You are familiar with creating, maintaining, and organizing content and are eager to learn more about processes in a digital setting.
• Strong communication skills - You have good written and verbal communication abilities in english and can adapt to different audiences (e.g., colleagues or external partners).
