Für unseren Standort in Berlin-Zehlendorf suchen wir zur Ergänzung unseres fünfköpfigen UX-Teams von Designern und Researchern einen erfahrenen **User Experience Designer (m/w/d)** , dem es ein Anliegen ist, die Bedürfnisse der Nutzer zu verstehen und sie mit gut integrierten und ansprechenden Lösungen zu begeistern.

**Ein typischer Tag in dieser Funktion sieht wie folgt aus:**

+ Design von benutzerfreundlichen User Interfaces unserer Messgeräte, Erstellung von User-Flows, Wireframes und interaktiven Prototypen.
+ Tests bei externen und internen Kunden, Identifikation von Problemstellen und Verbesserungen des Designs anhand des Feedbacks
+ Enge Zusammenarbeit in globalen Projektteams, um die beste Designlösung unter Beachtung von Umsetzbarkeit und Kostenzielen zu finden
+ Mitarbeit an unseren globalen UX-Standards, um eine konsistente Bedienfreundlichkeit in unserem Produktportfolio zu erreichen

**Zu den wichtigsten Anforderungen der Stelle gehören**

+ Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im entsprechenden Bereich (Usability & User Experience, Interactive Design, oder ähnlich) oder eine abgeschlossene fachbezogene mindestens zweijährige Fachschulausbildung sowie fachspezifische Berufserfahrung
+ Sie arbeiten gern in Teams und verfügen über hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

Sie zeichnen sich durch die Fähigkeit aus, sich schnell in technische Themen einzuarbeiten.
+ Sie beherrschen Designtools wie Axure RP oder Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop) sowie MS Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
+ Sie haben Erfahrung mit Designsystemen.
+ Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

For our location in Berlin-Zehlendorf, we are looking to expand our five-person UX team of designers and researchers with an experienced **User Experience Designer (m/f/d)** who is committed to understanding the needs of users and inspiring them with well-integrated and appealing solutions.

**In this role, a typical day will look like:**

+ Designing user-friendly interfaces for our measuring instruments, creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
+ Testing with external and internal customers, identifying customer pain points and improving the design based on feedback
+ Working closely with global project teams to find the best design solution while taking feasibility and cost targets into account
+ Collaborating on our global UX standards to achieve consistent user-friendliness across our product portfolio

**The essential requirements of the job include:**

+ You have a degree in the relevant field (Usability & User Experience, Interactive Design, or similar) or have completed at least two years of specialized training and subject-specific experience.
+ You enjoy working in teams and have excellent communication skills.

You are characterized by the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with technical topics.
+ You are proficient in design tools such as Axure RP or Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
+ You have experience with design systems.
+ You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
