Das IBM Entwicklungszentrum Böblingen/Ehningen ist mit rund 1.300 Mitarbeitenden der größte europäische Standort im globalen Netzwerk der IBM Produktentwicklung.

**Your role and responsibilities**
Wir suchen einen Techniker oder technischen Spezialisten (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Chip- und Hardware-Test Teams.

Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Test Ingenieuren in einem modernen Test Labor in Ehningen zusammen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Es warten spannenende und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben auf Dich:

* Unterstützung bei der Prototypenerstellung von Leiterplatten und Modulen
* Unterstützung beim Test von Wafern und Chips
* Löten elektronischer Bauteile für Prototypen und Testaufbauten
* Inspektion und Vorbereiten von Wafern, Modulen und Leiterplatten mithilfe spezieller Laborausrüstung
* Bedienung und Wartung von Laborgeräten und Werkzeugen
* Logistik von Komponenten sowie Laborausrüstung
* IT Administration im Test Labor

* Facharbeiter oder Techniker Ausbildung im IT oder HW Umfeld
