Ihr Aufgabengebiet




  • Technischer Ansprechpartner im 1st und 2nd Level Support

  • Unterstützung von Kunden und Partnern bei der Konfigurationen und Fehleranalysen In deutscher und englischer Sprache per Telefon, per E-Mail oder per Remotezugriff 

  • Sicherstellung eines erfolgreichen Betrieb unserer Geräte und Services

  • Erarbeitung anspruchsvoller technische Fälle und Projekte im Team und im 3rd Level Support gemeinsam mit der Entwicklungsabteilung

  • Dokumentieren der Servicefälle ebenso wie auch das Erstellen/Verbessern von Knowledge-Base-Artikeln oder Video-Tutorials

  • Bei speziellen Fällen & Projekten Teilnahme an Workshops, Schulungen oder Veranstaltungen 





Ihr Profil




  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT bzw.

    Netzwerk/Kommunikationstechnik oder eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker bzw.

    vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Erste Erfahrung in den Bereichen Netzwerk, Routing, IP, VPN oder die Bereitschaft, sich darin einzuarbeiten

  • Du bist kundenorientiert, kommunizierst gerne und trittst gegenüber nationalen und internationalen Kunden und Partnern professionell auf

  •  Ein strukturierter Arbeitsstil und ein ausgeprägtes Analyse-Gen

  • Team Qualität statt Quantität

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
