Das erwartet dich 

  • Innerhalb deines ersten Monats wirst du von einem fachlichen und organisatorischen Mentor in die BTC Cloud-Welt geführt unsere Werte und Arbeitsweisen der Selbstorganisation kennenlernen deinen fachlichen Mentor in Kundenprojekten begleiten, um zu verstehen, wie wir vertrieblich Zusammenarbeiten und wie unser Portfolio aufgebaut ist
  • Innerhalb deiner ersten drei Monate wirst du einen Überblick zu unseren Kunden und allen wichtigen Stakeholdern erhalten unsere selbstorganisierten Arbeitsprozesse aktiv aus einer Steuerungsrolle mitgestalten in deinen ersten Projekten Kunden betreuen, Angebote erstellen und gemeinsam Ausschreibungen betreuen ein tiefergreifendes Verständnis unseres Portfolios entwickeln und neue Technologien unseres Portfolios mitgestalten und vorantreibenin unserem 40-köpfigen selbtorganisierten Cloud-Team in verschiedenen Bereichen involviert sein, wie bspw.

    Portfolio-, Partner-, Innovationsmanagement oder Presales
  • Innerhalb deines ersten Jahres wirst du die BTC bei Messen, Konferenzen und Veranstaltungen im Cloud Kontext vertreten Ausschreibungen mitgestalten und betreuen unser Azure-Portfolio weiterentwickeln und neue Themengebiete erschließen die Partnerschaft der BTC mit Azure pflegen und Teile des Partnermanagements übernehmen unsere Kunden zu Themenbereichen der Cloud beraten Vertriebskanäle (online/offline) und die Außenwirkungen des BTC Cloud Portfolios optimieren und weiterentwickeln ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Teams, der uns aktiv voranbringt eine Mischung aus Partnermanagement, Portfolio-Entwicklung und vertrieblichen Tätigkeiten erleben
