We are looking for talented, goal-driven professionals who will be responsible for quickly responding to prospective customers, creating and utilizing outreach strategies, and identifying and closing sales opportunities.

You will work on inbound leads, which means no cold calling!nCompensation: 60 000 - 120 000 EUR annual OTE (on target earnings) - includes an uncapped sales bonus and equity in the form of RSUsnIn this role, you will:nnDrive and Manage Complex Sales Processes: Oversee the full end-to-end (E2E) sales cycle, from lead inquiry to deal closure, with a strong focus on technical and technological solutions.nDevelop and Engage with Qualified Leads: Identify and engage with B2B clients seeking advanced technological and technical products, nurturing leads and moving them efficiently through the sales pipeline.nCoordinate with Technical Teams: Collaborate closely with internal technical experts and product engineers to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.nConsult on Advanced Engineering Solutions: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through sophisticated engineering and technology-based solutions that align with their business needsnnAbout You:nnGerman Fluent: C1 or better fluency in German and English is required; additional European languages are a plus.nFinished higher education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business- or STEM-related fieldnExperience in B2B Sales: 0-5 years experience in end-to-end B2B sales, preferably within the technology or engineering or similar sectors.nTechnical Expertise: A strong background in selling advanced technical or technological products is essential, with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles.nE2E Sales Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to final deal closure, with a focus on technical solutions.nStrong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.nnWe Offer:nnRelocation packagenAn inclusive, dog-friendly office with diverse and inspiring colleaguesnShares in the company (we're a double unicorn company!)nIn-office catering 3x per week, plus daily free beverages and snacksnMonthly 50 EUR mobility subsidy (incl.
