Job description

  • Sicherstellung des Betriebs in komplexen Systemumgebungen

  • Ticketbearbeitung unter Berücksichtigung von SLA´s

  • Support und Troubleshooting

  • Störungsbeseitigung im Rahmen des 1st und 2nd Level Supports

  • Sicherstellung der Kundenkommunikation (Telefonisch, per Mail, per Ticket) sowie regelmäßiges Statusupdate

  • Dokumentation im Ticketsystem

  • Remote Analyse und Lösung via Incident- und Changemanagement

  • Administration und Überwachung der Systemumgebung

  • Softwarepflege, Patch Management
