Deine Aufgaben

  • Ansprechpartner für Vertragskunden bei allen Fragen bzgl.

    technischer, organisatorischer und kommerzieller Inhalte des Servicevertrags
  • Überwachung der ordnungsgemäßen Erbringung und Abrechnung der vereinbarten Vertragsbestandteile
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Service Reviews mit Vertragskunden
  • Sicherstellung der Aktualität von internen Dokumentationen zur Systemumgebung der Servicevertragskunden
  • Ansprechpartner für Servicekunden für die Eskalation offener Vorfälle
  • Ausarbeitung und Kalkulation neuer Serviceverträge im Rahmen der Neukundengewinnung
  • Dein Profil

  • abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder Studium
  • nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Servicemanagement bzw.

    Projektmanagement
  • gutes Verständnis für Prozesse im IT-Servicemanagement, idealerweise dokumentiert durch entsprechende Zertifizierung (z.B. ITIL Foundation)
  • sicherer Umgang mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen, z.B. im Rahmen von Vertragskalkulationen
  • breites Wissen rund um IT- und Geschäftsprozesse, um Business-Anforderungen unserer Vertragskunden zu erkennen
  • hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Serviceorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement
