  • Call acceptance, initial qualification and dispatch
  • Call flow documentation and reporting
  • Contract and SLA management
  • CMDB maintenance and Service Desk order release
  • License management (Dell, Veritas, etc.)
  • Asset management, maintenance of the asset customer portal
  • Apprenticeship in the commercial field and/or comparable professional experience in a service-oriented position.

    Also career changers are welcome.
  • Good basic knowledge of Microsoft & Cisco
  • Basic experience in using IT service management tools
  • Confident, competent and communicative appearance
  • Ability to work in a team and work independently
  • Participation in regular on-call duty (7×24)
  • Confident German and good English skills, both spoken and written
  • Up to €50,000 per annum
  • 30 days holiday
