    Job Description

  • insightsoftware sucht einen Solutions Engineer teil des Solution-Engineering-Teams sein 
  • Lösungen von insightsoftware anwenden und potenziellen Kunden vorführen 

  • Demo-Inhalte für Live-Präsentationen und Aufzeichnungen erstellen und verbessern 

  • Das Vertriebsteam bei der Entwicklung positiver, effektiver Beziehungen mit potenziellen Kunden und internen Abteilungen unterstützen, um sicherstellen, dass die Erwartungen potenzieller Kunden übertroffen werden.

  • Sicherstellen, dass Salesforce vom gesamten Team ordnungsgemäß ausgefüllt wird und Statistiken zu wichtigen Zahlen liefert 

  • Bis zu 30 % reisen.

  • Qualifications

  • Umfassende Erfahrung in Planung und Budgetierung im Rahmen des Enterprise Performance Managements (EPM) ist die wichtigste Voraussetzung 
  • Vergangene Erfahrungen als Solutions Engineer auf Unternehmensebene oder praktische Erfahrungen als FP&A-Manager.

  • Vergangene Erfahrungen mit Finanzsoftware, gesetzlich vorgeschriebener Konsolidierung und/oder Disclosure Management sind von Vorteil.

  • Bachelor-Abschluss oder gleichwertige Erfahrung in Buchhaltung, Wirtschaft oder Betriebswirtschaft.

  • Erfahrung im Erstellen und Präsentieren überzeugender Präsentationen.

  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, Einwände potenzieller Kunden zu verstehen und ihnen zu begegnen.

  • Starke Fähigkeit, Produktfunktionen auf die geschäftlichen Anforderungen potenzieller Kunden abzustimmen.

  • Unter Beweis gestellte Integrität, Vertrauenswürdigkeit und gutes Urteilsvermögen.

  • Technische Fertigkeiten 

  • Anforderungen an die Planung, Finanzberichterstattung und das Reporting am Monatsende verstehen 

  • Das Enterprise Resource Planning aus funktionaler Perspektive verstehen 

  • Vertrautheit mit erweiterten Excel-Möglichkeiten und -Funktionen

  • Beim Ausfüllen und Prüfen von Angebots- und Informationsanfragen (RFPs und RFIs) unterstützen.

  • Best Practices zu insightsoftware, Anwendungsszenarien und Kundengeschichten intern und extern bereitstellen und überprüfen, um potenzielle Kunden bei der erweiterten Nutzung der Anwendungsfunktionen zu unterstützen.

  • Interessenten und Kunden über Webinare, Vor-Ort-Schulungen, Präsentationen und Testversionen schulen.

  • Unter Anwendung von Daten potenzieller Kunden effektive kundenspezifische Demonstrationen vorbereiten und durchführen.

  • Durch die Teilnahme an Kunden-/Interessenten-Roundtables, Konferenzen und anderen Veranstaltungen Informationen, Schulungen und anwendungsbezogenes Wissen bereitstellen.

  • Relevante Aktivitäten in Salesforce und anderen zugewiesenen Tools dokumentieren.
