Nun bauen wir ein neues Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)-Team auf, um unsere Kund:innen noch besser in der Skalierung, Automatisierung und Stabilisierung ihrer Systeme zu unterstützen und dafür suchen wir Unterstützung.


Als Site Reliability Engineer (m/w/d) bist du maßgeblich daran beteiligt, robuste und hochverfügbare Systeme für unsere Kund:innen zu schaffen.

Du kombinierst Softwareentwicklung mit Systemadministration und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe in Cloud- und On-Premise-Umgebungen.


Aufgaben



  • Automatisierung: Du entwickelst und implementierst skalierbare Lösungen zur Verbesserung der Systemstabilität und Performance.

  • Monitoring & Incident Response: Du überwachst Systeme,optimierst Alerting-Prozesse und arbeitest Incidents in „Postmortems“ auf.

  • CI/CD & Infrastruktur: Du unterstützt beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment-Pipelines.

  • Cloud & Kubernetes: Du arbeitest mit Cloud-Plattformen (AWS, Azure, GCP) und orchestrierst Container mit Kubernetes.

  • Best Practices & Culture: Du förderst die SRE-Kultur, teilst Wissen und optimierst Prozesse durch blameless Postmortems.


Qualifikation



  • du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld und in der Entwicklung oder im Betrieb hochverfügbarer Systeme mit

  • du besitzt Know How in Cloud-Technologien (AWS, Azure, GCP) sowie Kubernetes und Docker

  • du hast bereits Praxiserfahrung mit Monitoring- und Logging-Tools (z.

    Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk)

  • du bist fit in der CI/CD und Automatisierung mit Terraform, Ansible oder ähnlichen Tools

  • du verfügst über Skripting oder Entwicklungserfahrung (z.

  • du teilst unsere Begeisterung für SRE-Prinzipien wie SLOs/SLIs, Automatisierung und ganzheitliche Lösungen aus

  • du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch, sodass du dich im Alltag gut zurechtfinden kannst (B2/C1)

  • dich zeichnen deine guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Freude an Teamarbeit aus

  • du verstehst dich als Berater:in und arbeitest gerne eng mit unseren Kund:innen zusammen
