Position: Senior Product Analyst (f/m/d)

Location: Berlin, Germany (Hybrid — 2 days per week)

Start date: As soon as possible

Your mission in a nutshell: As a Senior Product Analyst at Humanoo, you will be the driving force behind data-informed decision-making for our product teams.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Data colleagues to transform data into insights that directly shape the evolution of our digital health platform.

Your work will span the full analytics lifecycle — from defining success metrics and implementing event tracking, to designing experiments, performing deep-dive analyses, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

You will identify trends, uncover growth opportunities, and guide product strategies that deliver measurable impact for our users and partners.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Partner with Product Managers & Designers to translate strategic bets and insights into prioritised product roadmaps.

• Define and maintain product KPIs and metrics to measure success.

• Design, run, and analyse A/B tests and other experiments to validate product hypotheses.

• Implement and refine product tracking to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behaviour, engagement, and retention to uncover insights.

• Create clear, impactful visualisations and dashboards for stakeholders across the organisation.

• Present findings in a compelling way that inspires action and drives product improvement.

• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across teams.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

• 4–5 years of professional experience in product analytics, partnering with Product Managers and Designers.

• Ability to balance speed with rigor, knowing when a quick descriptive dashboard is enough and when deeper statistical work is required

• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodology and statistical analysis.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

• Clear communicator, able to influence decisions at all levels of the organisation.

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.

• Skilled in at least one programming language for analysis (Python or R).

• Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog or similar.

• Proficiency with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).

INTERVIEW PROCESS

• Your third step: A White-board challenge with the representatives of Product & Design teams

• Your final interview: A value-add call with our Chief Product and Growth Officer / team

After these interview stages are completed, our hiring team will convene for a debrief session to discuss your application.

Following this debrief, our Talent Acquisition Partner will contact you to provide feedback and communicate the final decision regarding your candidacy.

Please note: our offices close over the Christmas and New Year period for approximately two weeks.
