What you'll do


  • Lead the global transition toward a skill-based organization by embedding a culture of continuous learning, identifying critical future skills, and integrating them into talent development strategies aligned with Knauf’s goals

  • Design and implement global learning and talent development programs as well as structured career paths, using Knauf’s LMS BuildU to deliver impactful learning experiences

  • Acting as the Product Owner for BuildU, you will ensure its optimization and integration of digital innovations, such as AI-driven tools, gamification, and virtual/augmented reality, to enhance user engagement

  • You will lead the global roll-out of Knauf’s competency framework, ensuring its integration into talent development, performance management, and succession planning processes

  • You will develop and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and talent development programs, using data-driven insights to continuously improve strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes


Who you are


  • You hold a degree in HR, business, or a related field and have proven experience in learning and development, talent management, or succession planning within a global organization

  • You bring strong expertise in designing and implementing global frameworks for learning, talent development, and competency management, as well as proficiency in managing LMS platforms and digital learning technologies

  • Your strategic mindset enables you to balance global priorities with regional needs, while your analytical skills allow you to measure and improve the impact of learning programs

  • You are a collaborative team player with excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of working effectively with regional HR teams, business leaders, and IT teams

  • With outstanding communication skills in English (German is a plus) and the ability to advise and collaborate across diverse regions and cultures, you are the perfect fit for this role
