What We’re Looking For
At least 5 years proven experience in leading global process transformation within ERP programmes
At least 5 years in people management/leadership roles
Experience working in multinational environments with diverse stakeholders
Strong understanding of ERP systems, process mapping tools (e.g. Signavio, Nintex, etc), and reporting
platforms
Experience with Business Process Architecture
Bachelor's or Master’s in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
Expertise in operational excellence and process improvement methodologies
