Tasks

• Collaborate with customers to identify AI needs and design innovative, tailored solutions leveraging LLMs, cloud platforms, and cutting-edge technologies.


• Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models to meet specific business needs.


• Implement and fine-tune advanced algorithms and tools, adapting them to project-specific requirements.


• Develop Python-based AI solutions using around open- and closed source models such as Qwen3-30B-A3B or OpenAIs GPT 4o, via API or in custom deployments


• Deploy AI models into production, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and continuous monitoring post-deployment.


• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers, to align AI initiatives with overall business objectives.


• Work closely with our software engineers in integrating your AI solutions into customer-facing applications.


• Lead cross-functional collaboration, ensuring technical excellence while aligning with business goals.


• Stay updated with the latest AI research and trends, experimenting with new techniques and tools to enhance AI capabilities.


• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of AI models, processes, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related STEM field.


• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or full-stack software development.


• Proven experience in a technical AI role, including customer-facing or consulting exposure.


• Proficiency in Python (and optionally TypeScript), with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.


• Strong knowledge of ML concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP.


• Skilled in data manipulation and analytics (Pandas, NumPy, SQL).


• Hands-on experience deploying AI models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).


• Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks for building scalable AI-driven applications.


• Solid background in building full-stack applications and managing relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).


• Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows and collaborative development.


• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.


• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


• Fluency in English (German is a plus).

• Strong theoretical foundation in mathematics (linear algebra, statistics, probability).


• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and reliability best practices.


• Contributions to open-source AI projects or active involvement in developer/AI communities.
