Job description
You will have the following tasks:
Development and application of algorithms for automatic image segmentationImplementation of workflows for big data management and data integrationConduct quantitative image analysis and statistical evaluationsWork closely with experimental partners to coordinate analysis and data requirementsDissemination of research results through presentations at internal seminars/workshops and international conferences, with particular emphasis on the publication of papers on the research topic in peer-reviewed journalsThe position offers the opportunity to pursue a part-time doctoral degree.

Personal qualification
A successfully completed Master in computational physics, bioinformatics, computer science, data science, or a related fieldBasic knowledge and ideally initial practical experience in quantitative image processing, statistics, and big data managementProficiency in programming languages and software toolsAbility to collaborate in an interdisciplinary manner, particularly with industrial partners and research teamsFluent written and spoken English skills
