Position title: SAP Labs Munich Campus iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Event & Content Creation Support

Location: Munich

Expected start date : 1st January 2026

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to join our SAP Labs Munich Team in Garching (f/m/d).

You will play an essential role in our team, focusing on supporting the Event & Content Creation team of our SAP Labs Munich Campus to develop and strengthen our SAP Labs Munich community.

In this role, your mission involves promoting a vibrant and inclusive campus culture that empowers our SAP Munich employees.

A crucial part of your role will be to support internal and external event management tasks and to create content for our internal Campus activities.

Your responsibilities will include planning, communication and idea generation for Flagship event formats as well as providing onsite support during events.

Besides that, you will also assist in internal communication by creating designs for newsletters and our various other internal communication channels.

As this role also requires an on-site presence, you should be from Munich or living in the surrounding Munich area.

**What You’ll Bring**

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.

You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

+ Currently enrolled Student (f/m/d) at a university or (bachelor or master)
+ Searching for a mandatory internship during your studies
+ Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, communications, media, marketing, social studies, event, design, project management, or others
+ Language skills: Fluent in English and German
+ Computer skills: very good Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams), design skills in Canva or any other design tool are a plus, no programming required
+ Soft skills: team player, with a hand-on attitude, self-organized, proactive, open, good communication, project management skills; in other words: goal- and result-oriented in working with internal and external partners
+ Others: First (work) experience in Event Management, Communication, Project Management or similar; first work experience in internships or as working student would be a plus
