About the team:

We are a Germany-based team of User Assistance Developers, Translators, and Working Students, supporting the Supply Chain Management org unit.


While we bring different levels of experience, different backgrounds, and different university backgrounds, we all strive together to make our software easy to understand and a pleasure to use.

We support the latest AI developments, ensuring capabilities, terminology, and use cases are clearly defined, and help getting users onboarded.

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) - User Assistance Development within SAP Supply Chain Management

Work Area: Software-Design and Development

Location: Walldorf

Expected start date: September 1, 2025

In this role, you’ll: 

• Receive lots of support and a proper onboarding
• Learn how diverse product information can be done
• Gain experience in our content management system Ixiasoft DITA CCMS
• Get opportunities to develop new skills in communication and media management
• Work with the latest trends in UA, such as GenAI and machine Learning
• Become part of a global team of user assistance developers, translators, and working students
• Have fun  

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.

You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Preferred field of study: Communication and Media Management, Technical Writing, or similar
• Language skills: English, German is a plus
• You have already gained first experience in creating technical documentation in a content management system
• You are a communicative team player, motivated, proactive, and have a structured way of working
• You are curious and ready to learn new things

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
