Sales Solution Engineer Job Opening In Leipzig – Now Hiring Cyber Insight GmbH


Job description

Als Sales Solution Engineer spielst du eine zentrale Rolle im technischen Vertriebsprozess und unterstützt unsere OEM-Partner dabei, unsere IT-Security-Lösungen erfolgreich in ihr Angebot zu integrieren.

Du agierst als technischer Sparringspartner für unsere Partner, identifizierst gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb passende Einsatzszenarien, erarbeitest Integrationskonzepte und begleitest die gesamte Einbindung und Rolloutprozess bei unseren OEM Partnern bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss.

Du stehst hierbei in direktem Kontakt mit dem CRO, und hast somit direkten Einfluss auf den Unternehmenserfolg.


Aufgaben



  • Technische Beratung und Unterstützung von OEM-Partnern im Vertriebsprozess

  • Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung passender Integrationsszenarien

  • Durchführung von Produktdemos, Workshops und technischen Präsentationen

  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Unterlagen, Integrations-Guides und Use Cases

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und Entwicklung

  • Unterstützung bei Proof-of-Concepts und Pilotprojekten

  • Feedback der Partner an interne Teams zur Weiterentwicklung der Lösung

  • Aufbau langfristiger, vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu technischen Stakeholdern und Vertrieb auf Partnerseite

  • Nachhaltiger Ausbau des Umsatzes durch dein enges Verhältnis zu unseren OEM Partnern


Qualifikation



  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, IT-Sicherheit, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb oder in der Lösungsentwicklung von Softwareprodukten

  • Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Security, Software-Integration und APIs (REST, SDKs, etc.)

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit – in der Lage, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären

  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
