Sales Operations Executive (all genders) – Risk & Fraud Job Opening In Aachen – Now Hiring INFORM


Job description

Als Sales Operations Executive bist du das Bindeglied zwischen Vertrieb, Marketing und internen Stakeholdern.

Du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe im gesamten Sales Cycle – von der Angebotserstellung bis hin zur Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen.

Mit deinem Blick für Prozesse, Daten und Systeme treibst du Effizienz, Qualität und Wachstum aktiv voran.Was du bei uns bewegen kannst:Du begleitest den gesamten Sales Cycle – von der Lead Generation, über Kundenanfragen und Angebotserstellung bis hin zur Koordination von Ausschreibungen (RFI/RFP) und kundenspezifischen Projektanpassungen.
Du unterstützt das Sales-Team beim Reporting, der Automatisierung und der Optimierung von Prozessen.
Du arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Marketing und Operations zusammen, um die gezielte Kundenansprache für neue Produkte und Features zu unterstützen sowie Kampagnenstrategien abzustimmen.
Du entwickelst Präsentationen, Success Stories und Sales-Materialien weiter und trägst zur Dokumentation sowie Optimierung von Sales-Prozessen und Best Practices bei.
Du analysierst Vertriebsdaten, leitest daraus Maßnahmen ab, misst deren Wirkung und unterstützt so datenbasierte Entscheidungen.
Du entwickelst Initiativen zur Verbesserung der Genauigkeit und Konsistenz in der Vertriebsplanung und -strategie.
Du pflegst und optimierst unsere CRM-/ERP-Systeme (z.

Nachweisliche Erfolge in der Steuerung der Vertriebsleistung, der Optimierung von Prozessen und Nutzung von Analysen für strategische Entscheidungen.
Erfahrung in Reporting, Automatisierung und operativer Planung.
Erfahrung mit MS Dynamics oder vergleichbaren CRM-Tools.
