Im Zuge der Ausweitung unserer Vertriebsbemühungen suchen wir einen energiegeladenen, ergebnisorientierten Sales Development Representative (SDR), der durch Outbound-Prospecting und Inbound-Lead-Qualifizierung uns hilft Beziehungen zu neuen Kunden aufzubauen.


Deine Rolle


Als SDR bei Zortify spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Erweiterung unseres Kundenstamms.

Du wirst neue Verkaufschancen identifizieren, mit potenziellen Kunden in Kontakt treten und eng mit Marketing- und Vertriebsteams zusammenarbeiten, um das Umsatzwachstum zu fördern.


Aufgaben


Pipeline Generation:



  • Lead Generierung: Proaktive Identifizierung und Ansprache potenzieller Kunden durch Kaltakquise, E-Mails, LinkedIn und Networking.


  • Inbound Leads: Qualifizieren und konvertieren von Leads aus Marketingkampagnen.

  • Recherche von potentiellen Kunden und Erarbeitung individueller Strategien zur Ansprache von Entscheidungsträgern.



Sales Engagement & Qualification:



  • Identifizierung von Kundenanforderungen und Abgleich mit unserem Produktportfolio.

  • Präsentation von Zortify’s KI-basierten Lösungen und wie diese entscheidende Herausforderungen unserer Kunden lösen.


  • Planung von Kunden-Meetings und Demoterminen.


Teamwork



  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam, um die Lead-Generierung und Conversion zu optimieren.


  • Optimierung von Prospecting Strategien gemeinsam mit dem Vertriebsteam.


Qualifikation



  • 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Business Development oder Lead-Generierung

  • Erfahrung mit Outbound-Prospecting und Kaltakquise

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

  • Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen, zielorientierten Umfeld zu arbeiten

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Tools (HubSpot, Salesforce oder ähnlich)
