As a Product Growth Manager (B2B2C) at exnaton, you will join our 30 people team and shape the company and its vision from the ground up.
You will play a pivotal role in growing our product and identifying new product features to help our customers grow.
Now that we've established an initial customer base, the focus is on enabling our customers to grow, which means scaling up their usage of our product, requiring the establishment of the right go-to-market strategy and processes.
Therefore, we are seeking an addition to our team who will support us in the following areas:
Help our customers to roll out new cutting-edge B2C products to their end-users, contributing to the growth of exnaton’s user base;
Identify new product features and product expansion opportunities which will help our customers grow;
Analyze and identify industry trends and opportunities to expand into new use cases, identifying technical requirements and opportunities to drive innovation;
Understand and assess our customers needs to deliver tailored solutions by directly engaging in regular conversations with them;
Identify scaling factors and apply the learnings with our customers to help them optimize and grow;
Prepare tailored but automated sales and marketing input for our customers to support their success, all bound together in a product module from our side.

We are looking for someone who:
Ideally holds a university degree in fields related to engineering, energy or sustainability, or has relevant industry experience;
Has minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy, energy systems, or related industries, ideally in a Key Account Management or Product Management roles;
Has a track record of working in large cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders;
Has a strong understanding of diverse customer and stakeholder needs (B2B, B2C) and is willing to engage directly with them to provide scaling solutions;
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills that are essential for effective interactions with clients;
Has an interest in digitalization and sustainability, as well as in depth knowledge of renewable energies and energy systems, along with the motivation to delve into the complexity of the energy market;
Is fluent in German and English (these are strict requirements; other languages are also a significant plus);
Is quick to learn with strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
Is a team player and feels comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.
