Die Mission:

  • Sie koordinieren die Termine unserer CEO, Frau Samira Said, einschließlich der Organisation und Abstimmung privater sowie geschäftlicher Termine und sorgen somit für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
  • Sie übernehmen die Planung, Buchung und Koordination von Geschäftsreisen sowie privaten Reisen, inklusive aller relevanten Details wie Transport, Unterkunft und Reisedokumente.
  • Sie begleiten Projekte in den Hotels aktiv und arbeiten operativ mit, um neue Standards zu integrieren und überarbeitete Standards (SOPs) in die betrieblichen Abläufe vor Ort zu implementieren und auf Alltagstauglichkeit zu prüfen.
  • Sie identifizieren Umsetzungsprobleme und Abweichungen in den operativen Abläufen, analysieren Prozesshürden und geben strukturierte Rückmeldungen an die zuständigen Fachbereiche sowie an die Geschäftsführung zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung.
  • Sie kümmern sich um die Koordination der internen Kommunikation mit Fachabteilungen zur Sicherstellung der praxisgerechten Implementierung entwickelter Standards und Abläufe.
  • Sie strukturieren und überwachen zeitliche Abläufe in Projektumsetzungen und unterstützen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Director of Learning & Quality Development die Einhaltung von Deadlines.

  • Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein absolviertes Studium im Bereich Hotellerie / Tourismus mit.
  • Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie bzw. in einer vergleichbaren Position.
  • Sie haben erste Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement gesammelt.
  • Sie bringen eine Reisebereitschaft von 40-50% mit.
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt durch Ihre analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten, um Prioritäten in einem dynamischen Umfeld gezielt setzen zu können.
  • Sie besitzen ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache in Wort und Schrift.
  • Integrität, Diskretion und Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab.
