Job Description
- During your Master thesis, you will develop a data analysis framework to investigate the factors influencing the efficiency of external gear pumps.
- You will validate the insights gained and determinate causal relationships.
- In addition, you will derive optimization measures to increase efficiency, taking into account both technical and economic aspects.
- Last but not least, you will present the results at both expert and management levels.
Qualifications
- Education: Master studies in a technical or scientific field, such as Mechanical Engineering or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: in fluid technology and ideally in data science
- Personality and Working Practice: you are a structured and independent individual with high self-motivation and an active contribution of your own ideas
- Enthusiasm: for fluid power and the optimization of hydraulic components
- Languages: business fluent in German and very good in English

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
Requirement for this thesis is the enrollment at university.
