Du baust Strukturen, Programme und Tools auf, die Lernen bei Creamy Fabrics zu einem selbstverständlichen Teil des Alltags machen, inspirierend, relevant und wirkungsvoll.

Kurz: Du gestaltest das Fundament für persönliches Wachstum, Teamleistung und nachhaltige Entwicklung, von Onboarding bis Leadership Excellence.



  • Onboarding: Du entwickelst und optimierst unser ganzheitliches Onboarding-Konzept, um neuen Kolleg:innen den besten Start zu ermöglichen.

  • Learning Map & Entwicklungsprogramme: Du erstellst individuelle und teamübergreifende Learning Maps, um Lernpfade und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten transparent zu gestalten.

  • Führungskräfteentwicklung: Du konzipierst und implementierst Programme zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Führungskräfte – vom ersten Leadership-Schritt bis zum Senior Management.

  • Sprachtrainings & externe Trainer:innen: Du koordinierst Sprachkurse, Workshops und externe Trainer:innen – inklusive Auswahl, Budgetierung und Qualitätssicherung.

  • E-Learning & digitale Lernplattformen: Du baust unser E-Learning-Angebot auf und entwickelst innovative digitale Lernformate (z.

  • Bedarfsanalyse & Evaluation: Du analysierst regelmäßig Lernbedarfe und evaluierst die Wirksamkeit von Maßnahmen, um unsere Lernstrategie stetig zu verbessern.
