Lead, Embedded Software Engineering – HMI (m/f/d)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Lead, Embedded Software Engineering – HMI to guide the development of user interface software for Heart-Lung Machines and other critical medical devices.
In this role, you will lead a team of embedded software engineers focused on Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) running on Embedded Linux platforms.
You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of robust, user-friendly, and regulatory-compliant software, with a strong focus on usability, safety, and performance.
As part of our functional software organization, you will play a key role in shaping the software discipline’s best practices, supporting multiple product lines, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including UX, system engineering, product owners, and software architecture.
