  • Du bist eine zuverlässige Ansprechperson für unsere Bestandskundschaft sowie für Interessierte unserer Dienstleistungen und betreust diese professionell per Telefon, E-Mail oder Chat.
  • Bei komplexen Anliegen stimmst du dich mit den relevanten Fachbereichen und Partner:innen ab, um zeitnah eine lösungsorientierte Unterstützung zu gewährleisten.

    Bei Bedarf leitest Anfragen an unseren Tier 2 Support weiter.

  • Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Sicherstellung der Zufriedenheit unserer Kundschaft und stärkst dabei aktiv die Kundenbindung.
  • Dein Fachwissen im Finanzbereich erweiterst du kontinuierlich durch interne Schulungen und Eigeninitiative.
  • Du nutzt Kundenfeedback, um Verbesserungspotenziale in unserem Produkt und unseren internen Prozessen zu erkennen
