Fabletics is currently looking for a passionate and experienced(Jr.) Graphic Designer to join our Brand Design Team, based in Berlin, Germany.

As the (Jr.) Graphic Designer, yousupport our growing design and marketing teams across a wide range of creative needs.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to brand, campaign and CRM work, including email layout, website graphics and visual storytelling for customer communications.
Responsibilities:
Own the visual design of our CRM campaigns, including emails, newsletters, and customers lifecycle touchpoints
Design email templates and modules in alignment with brand guidelines
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact solutions and on-brand visuals
Translate concepts and briefs into high-quality designs that support business goals
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices for web, mobile, and app
Assist with the creation of digital assets, including website visuals for desktop, mobile, and app
Support the upkeep of brand assets, templates, and documentation
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
Required Skills:
+ 1years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in design, or related field
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma; AI Tools such as Midjourney are a Plus
Interest in email and CRM design, basic experience with email platforms (e.g.Iterable, Mailchimp, Klavyio)
Experience with basic HTML/CSS for email design
Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, strong visual skills, including a strong foundation and understand in visual design (typography, color theory, layout), passion for graphic design, and attention to detail
Ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
Strong problem-solving skills and a bias towards action
