Wir sind Experten für IT-Personal und kaufmännische Fachkräfte in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung sowie im Dienst- und Werkvertrag.

Unsere Kunden sind IT-Systemhäuser, IT-Hersteller und IT-Dienstleister.



Mit rund 3.000 Mitarbeitern an über 30 Standorten in Europa und den USA ist unser Kunde das drittgrößte deutsche IT-Systemhaus.

Für diesen Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt an den Standorten Hamburg, Hannover, Düsseldorf, Bonn, München, Nürnberg, Stuttgart, Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Berlin und Bremen mehrere Service Desk Agenten (m/w/d) im 1st Level Support bzw.

2nd Level Support.

AUFGABEN


  • Annahme von Incidents zu Soft- und Hardwarestörungen

  • Überwachung und Umsetzung von Service Requests

  • Bearbeitung der Meldungen im Ticketsystem inkl.

    Priorisierung, Klassifizierung und Dokumentation

  • Erstanalyse mittels Remote Support sowie Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Einleitung von Maßnahmen

  • Weiterleiten von Incidents oder Service Requests an nachgelagerte Einheiten bzw.

    den 2nd Level Support

  • Pflege der Wissensdatenbank und Unterstützung von IT-Projekten



KENNTNISSE

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (z.B. als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), IT-Servicetechniker (m/w/d), IT-System-Elektroniker (m/w/d) etc.) oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im 1st oder 2nd Level Support

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Windows 10 und Microsoft Office 365

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
