IT Support Specialist User Help Desk (m/w/d)

Als Teil des IT-Service-Teams wirst du täglich Probleme lösen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Systeme reibungslos funktionieren und unsere Nutzer stets bestmögliche Unterstützung erhalten.

Deine Aufgaben:

Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Anfragen und Störungen im User Help Desk über Jira Service Management

Erstanalyse, Priorisierung und Lösungsfindung für IT-Probleme der Mitarbeitenden

Weiterleitung komplexer Incidents an die zuständigen IT-Bereiche

Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Optimierung von ITSM-Prozessen nach ITIL

Pflege der Wissensdatenbank und Erstellung von Anwenderdokumentationen

Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten und Rollouts neuer Systeme

Schulung und Unterstützung der Anwender*innen im täglichen Umgang mit IT-Systemen

Dein Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Praktische Erfahrung im User Help Desk oder IT-Support, idealerweise in großen Organisationen

Fundierte Kenntnisse in ITSM-Prozessen nach ITIL-Standard

Sicherer Umgang mit Jira Service Management oder vergleichbaren Ticket-Systemen

Kenntnisse in Windows-Umgebungen sowie gängigen Office-Anwendungen

Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
