Deine Aufgaben

Wir bieten Dir die Möglichkeit, unsere renommierten Kunden als IT Support w/m/d zu unterstützen und im Rahmen Deiner Tätigkeit für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich zu sein:

  • Du bist für den 1st und 2nd Level Support für alle Helpdesk-Anfragen zuständig.
  • Durchführung von Softwareinstallationen, Lösung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen, sowie die Bearbeitung von Tickets stellen für Dich kein Problem dar.
  • Deinen Kunden stehst Du mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und schaffst so eine nachhaltige Kundenbeziehung.

  • Du bist zuständig für den Remote Support und gibst Hilfestellung bei der Auswahl von geeigneten Produkten
  • Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, Umschulung, oder in der Praxis erworbene vergleichbare Kenntnisse und umfassende Berufserfahrung.
  • Du verfügst über gute Mobility Kenntnisse (IOS und MacOS) und hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in aktuellen Microsoft-Betriebssystemen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
  • Bist Du kommunikativ und neugierig und willst die neuesten Technologien kennen lernen?
