Als Experten für IT-Personal und kaufmännische Fachkräfte im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung sowie im Dienstvertrag, unterstützen wir namhafte nationale und internationale IT-Unternehmen.



Im Auftrag unserer Kunden suchen wir an den Standorten Dresden, Berlin, Erfurt, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Wiesbaden, München, Nürnberg, Stuttgart, Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Neckarsulm, Hamburg, Hamburg, Finkenwerder, Köln, Ludwigshafen, Münster, Bremen, Oberkochen, Oberursel und Kerpen mehrere Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den 1st Level Support als Service Desk Agent (m/w/d) bzw.

IT Supporter (m/w/d).

AUFGABEN


  • Je nach Standort und Projekt kann nach der Einarbeitung bis zu 30% aus dem Home Office gearbeitet werden (abhängig vom Kenntnisstand)

  • Annahme und Bearbeitung aller eingehenden Anfragen im IT-Service Desk (je nach Projekt ggf.

    bis zu 30% aus dem Home Office möglich)

  • Unterstützung der Anwender bei Anfragen zu Microsoft Windows und der Microsoft Office Produktpalette 

  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im Hardware- und Softwareumfeld

  • Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten in einem Ticketsystem

  • Eröffnung von Tickets für den Second Level Support



KENNTNISSE

  • Gutes technisches Verständnis - gerne auch IT Quereinsteiger mit guten IT-Kenntnissen

  • Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung bzw.

    einem IT-Support, im Call Center Umfeld, einem Kundensupport, User Helpdesk oder Servicedesk bzw.

    als IT-Servicemitarbeiter (m/w/d) oder IT-Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) etc.

  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Windows und MS Office sowie sowie Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Mobile Device und Netzwerke

  • Erfahrung in einem Ticketsystem bzw.

    Ticketing Tool

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und ausbaufähige bis gute Kenntnisse in Englisch
