Als Experten für IT-Personal und kaufmännische Fachkräfte im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung sowie im Dienstvertrag, unterstützen wir namhafte nationale und internationale IT-Unternehmen.

AUFGABEN


  • Verantwortlich für den 1st und 2nd Level IT Support im Servicedesk bzw.

    User Helpdesk

  • Installation und Konfiguration der Hard- und Software 

  • Zuständig für das Lösen von Störungen 

  • Dokumentation der Fehlermeldungen im Ticketsystem 

  • Entgegennahme, Aufnahme, Priorisierung und Weiterleitung von Aufträgen und Störungen per Telefon, PM-Tool, Datenbank, Fax und Mail



KENNTNISSE

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich von Vorteil bzw.

    Erfahrung im IT Support bzw.

    Anwendersupport

  • Kenntnisse in den aktuellen Betriebssystemen (Windows 7/10)

  • Umgang mit dem Ticketsystem

  • Mac von Vorteil

  • gute Deutschkenntnisse

  • Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
