In der Position IT Support 1st and 2nd Level bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragen und Störungen.

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Systeme reibungslos laufen, analysierst Probleme effizient und setzt passende Lösungen direkt um.

Was du brauchst, um erfolgreich zu sein

  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Support für Windows, Mac OS X, iOS mit – Android wäre ein tolles Plus
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für die Konfiguration und Anwendung von Gruppenrichtlinien, Systemrichtlinien und Konfigurationsprofilen zeichnet dich aus
  • Erfahrungen im Client Patch-Management und in der Software-Paketierung helfen dabei, unsere Systeme stets auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten
  • Du hast Kenntnisse im Asset-Management und im Umgang mit Inventarisierungssoftware
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich IT-Service-Management (ITSM) und Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 Intune und Autopilot sind von Vorteil
  • Technische Informationen verständlich zu vermitteln und sowohl mit technischen als auch nicht-technischen Kolleg:innen effektiv zu kommunizieren, gehört zu deinen Stärken
  • Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit und kannst mehrfach pro Woche in unserem Büro in Kabelsketal arbeiten

  • Hardware & Inventar: Du kümmerst dich um die Beschaffung passender Hardware und sorgst dafür, dass unser Inventar stets vollständig und sauber dokumentiert ist
  • Endpoint-Management: Ob Windows oder iOS – mit Intune und Autopilot hast du unsere Geräte im Griff und hältst sie sicher und einsatzbereit
  • Benutzerverwaltung: Du richtest Benutzerkonten ein, verwaltest Zugriffsrechte und sorgst dafür, dass jeder genau das bekommt, was er oder sie braucht
  • Bereitstellung neuer Geräte: Du installierst und konfigurierst neue Hardware – für einen reibungslosen Start vom ersten Tag an
  • 1st & 2nd Level Support: Bei Fragen oder technischen Problemen bist du unsere erste Anlaufstelle – zuverlässig, lösungsorientiert und immer einen Schritt voraus
