AUFGABEN


  • Support für die gängigen Office Produkte, MS Windows sowie im Hardware- und Netzwerkbereich

  • Anwenderunterstützung per Telefon, Remote und Chat

  • Arbeiten in einem Ticketsystem

  • Nutzung und Pflege der Wissensdatenbank



KENNTNISSE

  • Erste Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung bzw.

    IT-Support wünschenswert

  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit der Microsoft-Produktfamilie

  • Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Mobile Device und Netzwerke

  • Englischkenntnisse
