Unser Service Desk Team stellt den reibungslosen IT-Betrieb im Microsoft Umfeld für unsere Firmengruppe vom Standort Kempten aus sicher.
Hier arbeiten wir in einem hybriden Arbeitssystem, welches es ermöglicht die Arbeiten vom Büro oder von Zuhause aus zu erledigen.
Der Betreuungsbereich erstreckt sich über all unserer europäischen Standorte mit insgesamt rund 6.000 End Usern.
Administration und Verwaltung von Clients und Peripheriegeräten
Aufnahme, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung eingehender IT-Störungen unter zur Hilfenahme des Jira Ticketsystems und Confluence
Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests im IT-Service Desk
Verwaltung von IT Assets
Ihr Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, ein abgeschlossenes IT-Studium oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung im IT-Umfeld
Sicherer Umgang mit Windows-Betriebssystemen, idealerweise haben Sie bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit Ticketsystemen und Wissensdatenbanken gehabt
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift helfen bei der Bearbeitung der eingehenden Anfragen
Serviceorientiertes Auftreten verbunden mit einem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe runden Ihr Profil ab
