The position is ideally to be filled from January 2026.

YOUR TASKS

Become part of our team and get to know the diverse PAYBACK online world.

You will work closely with our online shopping and rewards store team and contribute your own ideas and approaches in varied and exciting tasks.

  • You will carry out independent analyses and evaluations to monitor the success of our digital campaigns using Adobe Analytics and derive recommendations for action.

  • You support us in the maintenance, management and further development of our marketing channels (app & web) and work with us to ensure that our users receive the best offers for them in their preferred medium
  • You research and create interesting content for marketing campaigns and help the individual channels with targeted customer selection and playout of individual measures 
  • You are in contact with a large number of internal and external interfaces and work as a contact person for various topics in the area of marketing

    • YOUR PROFILE

  • You are studying business informatics, business/economics or media sciences, ideally with a focus on eCommerce, marketing or a comparable field of study
  • You have a strong analytical understanding, a high affinity for numbers and ideally have already gained some experience in online marketing 
  • You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new online tools and are an Excel pro
  • You have a reliable, independent way of working and an exceptionally high level of quality awareness
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
  • You are available for at least 12 months
