Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, clearly communicating the value and technical capabilities of our payment solutions.
- Conduct thorough technical reviews of merchant integrations to ensure adherence to guidelines and best practices.
- Provide technical support to both new and existing merchants, assisting them with any technical and integration-related queries.
- Evaluate our merchants' products and devise optimal monetization solutions, leading the integration process.
- Develop technical proposals and documentation to support the sales process.
- Maintain, update, and create comprehensive integration documentation and guidelines for both merchants and internal teams.
- Attend industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date with market trends and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Provide feedback from the field to the product and engineering teams to help shape future product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the payments or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of payment processing, gateways, and industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS).
- Expertise in developing software integration solutions and working with APIs and SDKs.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide friendly, efficient, and excellent technical support.
