Your Challenge

We’re not looking for a helper.

We’re looking for an owner - someone who’s ready to take full responsibility for how EverReal integrates with the outside world.

ERP systems, CRMs, third-party APIs, internal workflows - if data flows between systems, it’s your domain.
This role is ideal for an engineer with something to prove - someone who doesn’t just want to “get tasks” but wants to own outcomes, move fast, and grow 10x faster than at a corporate job.

You’ll learn by building, breaking, fixing, and scaling.

You’ll be surrounded by senior engineers and founders who move fast and hold a high bar.

You’ll get real feedback and real responsibility - fast.

YOU WILL:

• Take full ownership of integrations across our stack: ERP, CRM, internal tools, and external APIs
• Design, build, and maintain automations using N8n, custom code (Node.js/TypeScript), and other AI-native tools
• Work across teams to deeply understand business processes and build systems that make them 10x more efficient
• Troubleshoot and debug complex integration issues - no one else will do it for you
• Become the go-to expert for anything involving webhooks, APIs, or third-party system glue
• Contribute clean, testable code and participate in code reviews to sharpen your craft

• Back-End: Node.js, Express, NestJS, GraphQL, TypeScript, Python, Pandas
• Data & Infra: PostgreSQL, Sequelize, AWS, Docker, ECS
• Automation: N8n, Zapier, custom microservices
• Process: CI/CD with Github, TDD, fast sprints, async-first collaboration
• AI tools: Cursor, Chatgpt Codex, Lovable

Your profile
