Inside Sales Engineer (m/w/d) (Temp 12 Month contract) Position in Langenzenn - Rotork

Ziele und Verantwortung der Stelle

Arbeite eng mit dem Außendienstteam zusammen, um Kundenbeziehungen durch eine zügige Bearbeitung von Anfragen zu technischen Angeboten und deren Umwandlung in Aufträge aufzubauen.

In dieser Rolle bist du dafür verantwortlich, zeitnahe Angebote inklusive begleitender Dokumentation und Zeichnungen für eine Vielzahl von Standard- und kundenspezifischen Lösungen zu erstellen, die den Anforderungen des Kunden entsprechen.

Anschließend führst du Gespräche mit dem Kunden, um den Eingang einer Bestellung zu fördern.

Nach Eingang der Bestellung bist du für die Erfassung im ERP-/MRP-System verantwortlich und bearbeitest alle damit verbundenen Anfragen, wobei du den Kunden während des gesamten Prozesses über Änderungen im Zeitplan auf dem Laufenden hältst.

Aufgaben, Befugnisse und Funktionen

  • Bereitstellung eines außergewöhnlichen Kundenservices
  • Schnelle und präzise Bearbeitung aller Kundenanfragen innerhalb der vorab vereinbarten Fristen
  • Erstellung von Verkaufsangeboten, Präqualifikationsunterlagen, technischen Vorschlägen und allen weiteren Informationen, die vom Kunden bzw.

    potenziellen Kunden benötigt werden
  • Verantwortung für ein durchgehend hohes Maß an Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Sicherstellung, dass Angebote korrekt und zeitnah erfasst werden, um die Abteilungs-KPIs einzuhalten
  • Prüfung der Richtigkeit von Angeboten, technischen Unterlagen, Kundenbestellungen und allen weiteren relevanten Dokumenten, bevor diese zur Auftragsabwicklung weitergeleitet werden
  • Nachverfolgung und Bearbeitung offener Angebote innerhalb der vereinbarten Fristen sowie entsprechende Berichterstattung
  • Ausschöpfung des Potenzials von Schlüsselkunden und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen mit bestehenden und neuen Kunden
  • Anwendung bestehender Prozesse zur Lösung routinemäßiger oder standardisierter Probleme
  • Arbeiten unter Anleitung und Aufsicht des Inside Sales Supervisors bzw.

    Teamleiters Kundenservice

Qualifikationen

Qualifikation / Profil

Erforderlich

  • Ausgeprägte Erfahrung im Kundenservice – in der Regel mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer entsprechenden Position mit grundlegenden Konzepten und Abläufen
  • Grundlegende ingenieurtechnische oder technische Kenntnisse

Wünschenswert

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Ingenieurwesen / Technik – Einstiegsposition (oder gleichwertig)

  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, kundenorientiert, stark im Multitasking und zuverlässig in der Umsetzung von Aufgaben
