Keelings Knowledge is a leading provider of ERP software to the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Sector.

With an expanding business currently implementing projects in Europe.

We wish to appoint an additional Implementation Executive to help us with our growing customer base in the German Region.

The successful candidates will work with the existing KK implementation teams and focus on bedding in our existing presence in Germany and also help with it's growth.

This will be best achieved creating greater awareness of KK and supporting Customers with implementations of our ERP software. The successful candidate will also act as point of contact for new opportunities and help guide the initial engagement process.

The position will require the successful candidate to visit our Dublin office weekly for a period of time for training and team building purposes.

We envisage this role to been based majority of the time in Germany with travelling to Ireland bi-monthly for 1-2 days.

Prior knowledge of the Fruit & Vegetable industry important.

Purpose of the Role

• Support existing customers in their implementation of, and transition to, our ERP software
• Generate additional business from existing Customers for the varied services KK offer
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understand their business and their business needs, and help them get optimum benefits from our ERP software
• Meet prospects in Germany and support team with demonstration of our suite of industry focused software products.
• Along with the KK team, help develop a strong presence for Keelings Knowledge in Germany based on our values and industry expertise

Main Responsibilities

• Support our Implementations to new Clients
• Act as a contact point for existing Customers to ensure their needs are being met
• Build strong relationships (both remotely and face to face) with prospects, partner 
• Increase awareness of Keelings Knowledge in our target markets
• Meet prospects and demonstrate our offering

 Person Specification

• Fluent German - both written and oral
• Knowledge of the fruit and Vegetable Industry is essential
• Implementation of software experience (nice to have)
• Strong team delivery mentality
• Creative/Innovative thinking skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Committed to working through problems to ensure they don't impact objectives;
• Passion and Drive - an appetite to learn about our products and our clients, willing to go that extra mile to achieve a target/objective

Key Skills

• Fluency in German and English

Education & Training

• Have a recognised qualification in business, food industry, sales or other relevant degree
